Learning Design Architect | L&D Transformation Leader

Designing learning, building better systems, and helping change take shape.

My career has taken me through healthcare, design, technical support, operations, training, instructional design, and learning leadership.

Each role added a different perspective. Some helped me understand people and performance. Others helped me understand systems, technology, communication, and the practical challenges people face at work.

Over time, that experience led me more deeply into learning design.

For me, learning is not just about presenting information clearly. It should help people understand what matters, practise using it, make better decisions, and apply it with confidence.

That thinking continues to guide the work I do today, from reviewing learning structures and digital content to supporting teams, improving quality, and working with SMEs and stakeholders to shape useful learning experiences.

The work has covered corporate learning, higher education, K–12, technology, customer operations, and professional learning programmes, but the goal has remained fairly consistent: make complex information easier to understand and more useful in practice.
