What I Do

Learning Design

I focus on designing learning experiences that help learners understand core ideas, practice key skills, and apply what they learn in real situations.

Practice Design

My work includes creating scenario-based practice that reflects real workplace decisions, allowing learners to experiment, make mistakes safely, and build confidence.

Learning Architecture

At a program level, I structure content across modules and courses so learning feels connected, progressive, and purposeful rather than fragmented.

Performance Enablement

I design performance support and evaluation tools that extend learning beyond the course and remain useful when support is needed most.
